aka 4 valves per cylinder. 2 intake valves and 2 exhaust valves.

Not to be confused with the Labeling of Carbeurators, like 2V or 4V (2 barrel vs. 4 barrel) like the older Mach 1's

302/2v (2 barrel Carb)
351C/4V (4 Barrel Carb)
etc...
