Will a tuner like this do a person much good that has a 5-speed and doesn't plan on changing axle ratio's? I had a chip in an automatic before and it was great. I also had one with another 5-speed Mustang and couldn't tell much difference. Does this one allow you to adjust timing or fuel?

It does not have fuel or timing settings that can be tweaked by the user.
