That's awesome! I'd love to do that with my Mach. You had a couple bumble bee's fly by there early on. lol

Looks like a great time. I think looking at videos like yours is giving me the bug to try it. What are some of the basic requirements that car and driver must meet?

Any HPDE (Track Day) you need a snell approved helmet, and your car must meet a few safety requirements, like hi temp brake fluid, tires above treadwear indicator and not dry rotted, seatbelts working as designed, no exhaust leaks, tight/safe suspension, properly torqued lug nuts.

First timers will have an instructor in the car with them to help guide them.

It's the safest way to enjoy your car at its and your limits, in a controlled closed course environment.

It's also the most fun you can have with your clothes on! :thumbsup:

very cool! I havent gotten to drive that one but I rode along in a Porsche Cayman R on R compounds and man that was a blast!

I run continental slicks, and the amount of grip and confidence can made you feel like superman!

How did you find out about this?? I am not far and go to New Symrna all the time, would love to go down there, BTW, didn't like when Camaro went by with the ricers :frown:

There are many "track day" companies in Florida. Performance Driving Group does Daytona in October every year. http://www.performancedrivinggroup.com

There's also Chin Motorsports, The HPDE, and Hooked on Driving that run in Florida too

Hey thanks for this video as I doubt I will ever be there with my Mach 1, so was glad to be riding along 'shot gun' ish.

Great stuff and am jealous.
