It's a nice gesture, but it's still just pure luck. What they should do is hang that A-hole radio station for telling people to leave home and get in their vehicles to run from the storm.

luck did play a part in this, but if the integrity of the vehicle was not there I don't believe they would be either.

The last I knew they only do vehicle crash testing on the ground. I don't know how your gonna figure what a tornado is gonna do to it. The vehicle next to them could have been lifted 10,000 feet in the air and dropped.
