I traded in my Mach1 when I purchased the Boss 302, they gave me 15,400 .
They keep dropping the price it's to 13,999 ( 21,000miles ) perfect paint with no chips or scratches, I can't believe they haven't sold it yet.

Probably cause it's yellow ;-P

Surprising - definitely worth the price they have on it IMO!

Gotta be the color. Otherwise I would buy it for that price. Thats awesome especially from a dealership.

They must be desperate to sell since we already had snow on the ground, otherwise their gonna have to wait till spring.
The dealer I traded it into is in a area that's not to populated and kinda poor economy wise.

You would think a dealer would know the difference between a standard and an Automatic transmission.:weird:

Hmmm....

Unreal, what brand stall was it? You put an additional cooler on it?

I may consider this. That is a great deal..

Wow, definitely pretty rare to see a dealer give away a car at a price like that.

I never installed the TruCool cooler, It's a Converter from Darrin 4000 stall,

But I can say with 100% honestly everything is perfect, no ticks, no smoke, transmission works perfect, I had Ford dealer flush tranny every spring, and 100% of all oil changes done @ 5,000 miles or every spring by the the Ford dealer
,it ran 12.98 @ 2700 DA.

After watching these cars sell on Ebay for the last six months I would say this car is priced right. If it was near me I'm sure Id buy it.
I saw an 03 stick with 12k miles sell for 15k.
So this one is merely priced properly.
Anyone who has bought one recently knows what i am saying.

Hi all ...
I'm new to the forum. (I live in Colorado.)
I had a 2010 GT that I supercharged with an Edelbrock S/C.
I had a 2011 GT500 that I had fun driving.

I now have this BEAUTIFUL Mach1.
I was looking yesterday online at 03-04 Mach1s and came across this posting and the link to the dealer. I purchased it this morning.

Thanks for posting the link. I should receive the car by Christmas ... can hardly wait! You will be able to see the car in June at the Rocky Mountain Mustang Roundup in Steamboat Springs, CO.

Great purchase on a nice Mach 1,

But I'm just curious about the "HAD" on both the 2010 AND 2011 ?????

Good job. How did you replace the pushbuttons?

It has a small area on Round knob you push down to select gear, and I hid Underdrivce button under boot directly in front.

Great purchase on a nice Mach 1,

But I'm just curious about the "HAD" on both the 2010 AND 2011 ?????

From what he tell me, He wanted somthing special and rare for shows, He liked the Shelby but didnt find in unique enough,

The "had" part of the 2010 and 2011 is that I parted with them.

I supercharged the 2010 with an Edelbrock s/c. It developed a problem with the tune. On a trip from Colorado through Kansas, the engine "panicked" and shutdown on Interstate 70. A day and a half later it was being trailered back home. It was throwing a P2195 code ... stuck trying to go lean. At that time I didn't know of a local shop (in Colorado Springs) that could have helped me (I do now though). Sometimes it would take a half day of driving to throw the code. I even took a 1000+ mile trip to Phoenix prior to the Kansas trip and it did great. I put it back stock and traded it in on the 2011 GT500.

As for the GT500, I lost interest in it. It was / is a GREAT car, but I found that my interest is in "making the cars min." There wasn't much more to do with the GT500.

In the meantime, I bought a 2004 Corvette out of Seattle a little over a year ago. It's now getting a supercharged, built engine (416 ci). It should make 750 to the wheels. It's also getting Wilwood brakes, KW coilovers, and some other stuff.

As for this beautiful Mach, I'm starting by putting it back stock ... stock torque converter and stock 3.55 gear. Recently ordered 2 AFS 17x9 wheels. Plan to put 245x45s on the front and 275x40s on the rear. Am already considering a supercharger ... likely a small Vortech. But, won't do that until later in the year. The car is entered in two shows: the MCA 2012 show (April) in Utah and the Mustang Roundup (June) in Steamboat Springs, CO.

Darn , Wish I knew , we could have thrown the stock converter and original 3:55 gears in trunk, I have both still in boxes, Im surprised you dont like the 3.73s and converter.

I may yet put both back in, but I want to experience "stock" first.
I like the stingers. They are staying installed.
