Hey guys, I hate to do this but I'm looking at houses with my wife and could use the extra cash. I bought this car a month ago thinking I would keep it forever, however there will always be another car and I need to make good choices for my family.

The car is in amazing condition. The exterior has some tiny and I mean tiny rocks chips that have been touched up but the paint is incredible. The interior has no wear at all with the exception of a tiny amount on the driver seat bolster. The car still has a CLEAN AND CLEAR TITLE, and NO MONEY IS OWED on the car. I'm asking $17,000 for the car but would be open to offers, remember the worst I will say is no.

The body and original 5-speed transmission have 50,5xx miles on them. The engine has somewhere around 4,xxx miles on it. *THIS WAS NOT A USED ENGINE, IT WAS A BRAND NEW COBRA CRATE ENGINE ORDERED FROM SEARCHPARTS.COM* It was professionally installed by licensed ford mechanics, with absolutely no cut corners. Upon arriving back in Kansas City after purchasing it, I took it to House of Boost in Lenexa, KS to have the swap inspected and make sure it was done up to par. They had two of their people look it over and they said they were impressed with the swap and that it had been done right. I drove this car immediately back from St. Louis to Kansas City and it performed like a champ.

I have never taken it to the track, it was and will be a cruiser if it doesn't sell. I had planned on keeping it in the garage and taking to cruise nights and date nights with the wife. It's probably overkill for that duty, but it sounds so good and gets a lot of looks. My guess is that it's probably as fast or a little faster than a stock 03 Cobra only with the SRA it's probably more consistent on launches. I had planned before home buying came up to get a smaller pulley and tune, House of Boost in Lenexa, KS said they could get it to around 475 whp with a pulley/tune, beyond that I would be able to port the blower and get near 500 maybe a little over. I wouldn't taken it beyond that for a street car, but a blower swap and better fuel system would make much more power. The car currently has a Ford GT fuel pump.

Nice Mach! Best of luck in your sale. Awesome price!

Thanks! Not really looking to make a profit, but rather get my money back out of the car for the house hunt. Passing on the deal I got to the next buyer…

Just got done visiting my wife at work and took the Mach, I know this is the right decision but wonder if I will look back at this as "the one that got away."
