For sale or trade is my 2003 Mustang Mach 1, in Torch Red, with the interior upgrade package and 5-speed manual. It has 68k miles, and was purchased by a family member immediately off the trailer at the dealership. I've owned it since it had about 13k, and have been around the car since it had zero miles. It's a beautiful, fun-to-drive car - definitely more exciting and exclusive than a GT of the same body.

The car has been very well maintained and cared for. Since the second oil change, it has only gotten fully synthetic oil. All fluids have been changed fairly recently, using the best-available replacements. Brake pads are Hawk ceramics, and all four tires are (stock-sized) Firestone Wide Oval, which I've found to be an incredible value. The tires were changed at separate times (front and rear), but all have plenty of tread left.

I have lightly modified the car to make it more fun to drive, without adding much in the way of strain to the powertrain. A short throw shifter, aluminum clutch quadrant and adjuster, Mac Prochamber, Flowmaster Super 40 mufflers, and JLT cold air intake were added. To take full advantage of the exhaust and intake modifications, the car was professionally tuned. This also ensured the air-to-fuel ratio was both optimal and safe throughout the rpm range. The car will come with the handheld Diablosport Predator tuner used. Any stock components desired can be included in the sale.

I've always found the exterior of the car to be very muscular and attractive. The only change I made externally was removing the spoiler. I think the car looks much better without it, but the spoiler will be included if you desire its reattachment.

This is a gorgeous vehicle. It's been very well taken care of, with a very high percentage of the miles coming on the highway. It has never been to the track, and hasn't been abused in any form or fashion.

I would be happy to entertain the idea of trades, with my interest being in replacing it with a sport sedan, such as an E39 BMW 540i Sport, E36 BMW M3 Sedan, or older Mercedes AMG model. Beyond the idea of a trade, I'm looking to get $13,900, or the best available offer.

Please feel free to email me at guy dot hilburn at gmail dot com, and I can give you a call back. I am very knowledgeable on the car, and Mustangs in general, and would be happy to answer any quesetions. Many thanks for looking!
