I've had 3 sets of Sumitomo's on 3 different Mustangs and never had one problem. Tire Rack sells them pretty cheap.

I'm running ET Streets out back and also didn't care what was up front, went the cheap route and was completely satisfied.

For a 9 inch wheel??? that's not even proper fitment for the stock 8 inch wheels. 275-40-17 is right for a 9 inch wheel. you can run 245s but they will be stretched some.

i just don't care to spend a chite load on front tires, cuz i'm not into road racing, but the rear's will get DR's for sure always

Dude, relax. I know you need 275's, I have them on my ride. I was just showing him how cheap they are and this was the first size that popped up. Click the other sizes & prices tab and you can see every size they carry. Geez...

$99.00ea for 275's

I vote Sumi's as well. Check out AM for them. I'm like you, I went on the cheaper side on my 04 GT since I didn't push it hard in cornes and they were fine. Wet tractions seemed fine, again, I knew I was in rain and didn't do anything stupid lol.

sounds good. i'll be sure to post it up when we head out, i'm sure that i'm going to have to get em while i'm still here, i may just get nitto 555's and call it a day, but i guess i was just wanting to go cheap tire up front cuz i don't do any road racing, just straight line. so that is why i didn't think i should spend the money on Nitto's. my rear tire is where i will for sure spend my money at, next tire i'm buyin is the new nto5R's 315.

couldn't you work up a est for tires where your at and then i could get em up here in WA at that same price??? i had that happen to me before so didn't know if we could work something like that out

i have a set of these in my garge right now, i havent driven on these yet but did my homework they are actually a division of michelin in korea, i read where tons of guys were very happy for the money. they are a nice looking tire too. I didnt read anything negetive about them, especially in our application.
