Black saleens or magnum 500s

ok I need some quick input im ordering new wheels monday and I need to know what to go with on a Azure Blue mach either black saleens or magnum 500s???

The black Saleens look really good on the Azure. I am partial to the Magnums. Unfortunately I know we don't have any Magnums in stock right now and they are at least 45 days out. American Muscle may have some. Black Saleens are generally easy to come by.

Either way the car will look great. The black saleens are a much more dramatic look IMHO.

Saleens are best wheel for the 99-04 IMO. Something about how the spokes contrast with the lines of a New Edge just sets it off like a guy seeing his first nude woman in person.

Here's a photo of my car with black 18' Saleens. I have 295 35's in back and 265 35's up front. The car ride good but when I pull hard turns the front tires reub a little so when they are toast i'm going to replace them with 255 35's and see what happens.

I think they should really be called "Saleen Style" rims as most of them arent made by the company that makes the rims for the original Saleens. If not mistaken isn't it a Italian rim maker that makes them. Here's a photo of my 1998 Saleen S281 car #18 and first coupe painted in silver for that year.

saleens belong on a saleen.. magnum 500 belong on a mach1 ..if you don't like them stick with the fr500's best looking wheel on our car besides the retro look!!!!!!!!

It's hard to go wrong with either one.

If you want to keep the somewhat stock Mach look - go with the Magnums even though they look like the stock rims on rhoids!

Saleens - you'd be getting away from the stock look.

But like I said, you can't go wrong with either one.

In that case the Fr500's, Cobra R, Y2K, 03/04 Cobra and Bullitt's Should have "style" after them cause most people who have those Styles bought them aftermarket not from Ford. its not like people think they have REAL Saleens, most know they're replica's.

Black Widow your Mach is probably the nicest one I have seen. That car looks sweet.
and 4.6 Mach...that is a sexy AB Mach. Those are the same rims I will be getting shortly. The 18s looks perfect.

I say Saleens but not black. The Magnums do look real good though.

If you wouldnt consider polished Saleens, my vote is the Magnums.

Can you post some pics please? Ironically, I'm debating between black chrome bullits and black saleens for my AB. 4.6, best pic I've seen of them on AB ever! :yeh:
