Need Help

I was out washing my car late last night and while I was looking for something in the trunk I could hear my music playing.....This is while the car is shut off and the keys removed. For some reason the amp was still warm. This dosen't happen if you were playing a cd when you killed the car, only when you were listening to the radio.
